The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals from qualified offerors to establish a contract(s) through competitive negotiation to furnish and provide Tutorial Services. Tutorial services are needed to support SOL remediation and classroom instruction in the core content areas for students in elementary and secondary schools. The servicing vendor will provide management services for trained tutors employed in schools and provide monthly accountability reports detailing services provided, students tutored, content covered and hours invoiced.
