It is the intent for the City of Evans to have the backflow prevention device replaced in the Tuscany neighborhood. The City is requesting bids for the design and replacement of the backflow prevention device, all work performed must be done to current plumbing codes and City specifications. In comparing proposals, the comparison will not be confined to price only. The successful proposer will be one whose product is judged as best serving the interests of the City of Evans when price, product, quality and delivery are considered. The City of Evans also reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or any part thereof, and to waive any minor technicalities.
