The Export Import Bank(EXIM) seeks other than full and open competition and intend to award a sole source contract to the incumbent contractor: Schneider Electric Building Critical System Inc., 8989 Hermann Drive, Suite 300, Columbia, MD 21045. Schneider Electric Building Critical System will be required to continue providing the following ongoing services to install Turnstiles in our Lafayette building.

The statutory authority permitting the sole source of services is FAR 6.302-1 41 U.S.C. 5(3), "only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." This notice is neither a request for proposals or nor a solicitation for offers.  A determination by the government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based on responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government.
