This Sources Sought/Market Survey is seeking interested businesses for competitive consideration. The 55th Contracting Squadron, Offutt AFB, NE is conducting a market survey to determine the sizes and types of businesses available for a firm fixed-price contract for Turnstile Maintenance for one base year and four option years.  The maintenance includes (16) sixteen turnstiles on the USSTRATCOM Compound.  The NAICS code is 238290 with a size standard of $15.0M. All interested firms should notify this office via email of your interest in this notice.

Responses should include:
(1) Identification of company size status, certifications, i.e., 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, or if you are a small business, a self-certification. 

(2) Proof of experience and capability in the form of previous contracts or projects of similar magnitude.  Please include contract numbers and contact information for the party responsible for those contracts. 

(3) Any suggestions on the draft PWS or thoughts that improve the efficiency of this requirement.

NOTE: This is not a request to be placed on a solicitation mailing list nor is it a Request for Proposal, or an announcement of a solicitation. Responses are required not later than 7 March 2016 by 10:00am CST. Responses can be made via email to either of the POC's listed.  Responses shall be limited to five (5) pages.  Results of this survey will be considered to be in effect for a period of one year from the date of this notice.
