This announcement constitutes only the pre-solicitation notice; quotes will be requested and a written solicitation will be issued on or around 8 April 2016. Quotes will be due approximately 30 days after the solicitation is posted. Solicitation number FA4600-16-T-0003 is being issued as a REQUEST FOR QUOTES (RFQ) using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-87, dated 7 Mar 16. All applicable provisions and clauses are included in the actual solicitation. This electronic announcement constitutes the only the pre-solicitation notice being issued.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238290, and the small business size standard is $15,000,000.00. This solicitation will be set-aside 100% for small business. The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price contract with a one-year base period, four (4) one-year option periods, and a six-month extension period. This service requires the contractor to provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to ensure continuous turnstile operations at USSTRATCOM Bldg. 500 Complex by maintenance, inspection, and repair of sixteen (16) turnstiles and related equipment. All services shall be performed in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the PWS which shall be made available on the Internet at the Government Point of Entry (GPE) website, which is at the following address: https://www.fbo.gov. Please reference solicitation number FA4600-16-T-0003 on all correspondence. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation either before or after the closing date.

All offerors shall be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Offerors must be registered in the SAM.GOV database before a contract can be awarded to your company.
