This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The solicitation number is AG-9AC7-S-14-0052 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).
The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-72.
This is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 423490 and small business size standard is 500 employees.

This is for an estimated quantity. Actual quantity shall be determined at time of award.

25 to 30 each - Turnout Pants, delivered

Specifications - Must meet NFPA standards for Forest Service use. Outer shell shall be nomex/Kevlar or a blend in a Rip stop weave with water repellent finish. Thermal insulated layer. Caldura batten quilt material. Thermal and moisture barriers shall be sewn together for removal to clean, repair or replacement from outer shell. Color shall be Khaki or tan and the wording on the back of the coat shall be USFS in reflective material. Sizes shall be determined upon award in accordance with the awardee's sizing chart.
