In the request for proposal document, item 2.12 (Page 8 of the RFP) TBK required the proposal to be submitted in English and Turkish. Given the short proposal duration and for efficiency purposes, TBK will show flexibility on the scope of the translation. The Turkish translation can be limited to the Cover Letter, Executive Summary, Technical Approach / Work Plan and Timeline. The Bidders may submit the USTDA Information Form, Corporate and Individual Resume's/CV's, Organization structure, Experience and Sample Feasibility Study in English only.
