Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, supplies, material, and incidentals necessary to complete the work as described herein and as indicated on drawings and photos to provide 48,000 gallons of turbine oil at the Dardanelle Powerhouse. Work includes the testing of the new turbine oil before procurement and testing of the batches received on site at the powerhouse before final installation by the government. The oil currently in use is Shell T68. Contractor shall verify existing conditions based upon information provided for reference in the Plans.
