This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and further solicitation will not be issued.

Please see following items and attached Statement of Work required in preparation of your bid/proposal:
Tulsa Oklahoma Air National Guard intends to purchase Integrated Defense Risk Management Process (IDRMP) support/training and implementation utilizing ForcePRO software to Security Forces (SF) in conducting training as described within the attached Statement of Work. This solicitation is under North American Industry Classification System Code 611699, with a size standard of $7.0M. Set aside for small business. Place of performance shall be at the Tulsa OK Air National Guard base, 9100 E 46th Street North, Tulsa OK 74115.
A firm-Fixed Price Order will be issued in writing. Capability statements must include documented ability to satisfy the Government's requirements. Any information received will only be considered for the purpose of conducting a competitive procurement.
Upon award the contractor will be required to coordinate training delivery with the customer.

Clauses may be accessed electronically in full text through http://farsite.hill.af.mil. Vendors must be actively registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). The CCR website is http://www.ccr.gov. Quotes may be transmitted by e-mail or to FAX number (918) 833-7559. Quotes must be received at the 138th Base Contracting Office no later than 11:00 p.m. CST on 13 Feb 2012.
