The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for education tuition expenses at the Antilles School, Inc. in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands for the anticipated period August 6, 2012- May 29, 2013. The school shall provide an educational curriculum to include grades 2nd and 6th for one student for 2nd and two for 6th.

The government intends to award a sole source purchase order to the Antilles School in accordance with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Antilles School is the only school located near Fort Buchanan Military Base that is an approved school for family members of Federal Employees. The attached clauses are applicable to this requirement. Sole Source Justification is approved and on file.

All sources shall submit a quote which will be evaluated. All respondents will be considered by this agency. Quotes shall be submitted electronically to [email protected] no later than May 29, 2012 at 4:00pm EST. Late submissions will not be accepted.
