The Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC) Acquisition Department, Bethesda, MD on behalf of the Education Resource Department has awarded a sole source procurement to Arizona State University for tuition and fees (URGENT REQUIREMENT). The contract action is for services for which the Government has solicited and negotiated with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302.  Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services satisfied the requirements.  This notice of award isnot a request for competitive price quotes.  A determination by the Government not to request quotes was made and responses to this notice are solely within the discretion of the Government.  Award was made using SAP.
