The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a one-time, sole source, fixed price contract with California Advanced Labeling, Inc. under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(c) – Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, for the purpose of acquiring a TubeWriter 360 Labeling System for the DNA Casework Unit (DCU), Laboratory Division.

This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, interested parties may identify their interests and capabilities by responding to this notice by 5:00 P.M. EST, on Wednesday, February 19, 2020, via email to Clarissa Cooney ([email protected]).  Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.  All contractors anticipating award must be registered in the System for Awards Management (beta.SAM.gov) database.
