The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) intends to issue a sole source contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 valued at approximately $276,000 to TTI/Vanguard for the purchase of one senior executive membership. The contract will be a total of five years with a one year period for the base year and four options that are one year in length. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
