The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Forest Service, Region-6 Contracting North herein solicits for
TSI pre-commercial thinning and associated treatments in compliance with the terms, specifications, and provisions of the solicitation.

The contract shall be performed on the Chelan Ranger District, Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest, Washington State. The Awardee shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating supplies and incidentals necessary to successfully complete performance of the awarded contract as provided in the text of this document, the Detailed Unit Information Sheets and Project Vicinity and Area Maps, except those items, if any, listed as Government-furnished property.

The expected Period of Performance will be approximately August 1, 2017, then 45 calendar days following Date of Award, 2017.

This commercial item combined synopsis/solicitation provides complete specifications and robust requirements for technical capability and demonstrated proficiency in order to meet the project's performance parameters.

All responsible sources meeting the small business size standard may submit a quote which will be considered by the Government.
