AFTC/PZIA located at Arnold AFB, TN intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Zenchronistic Enterprises, LLC (Falls River Center) (CAGE code 3CFK7), to provide TSD Leadership Training in accordance with (IAW) Attachment: SOW TSD Leadership Training (2024) using the authority at FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all responses received electronically by 1:00 PM CST, 26 December 2023. A determination by the Government to not compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The information received may only be considered to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
