The rentable space must yield a minimum of 600 contiguous ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square Feet (OASF) and a maximum of 800 contiguous ANSI/BOMA OASF. The lease term requirement is 10 years, 5 years firm. The space must be available for occupancy within 6 months. The delineated area is within 13 miles of the Jackson Hole Airport.
