The United States Government is seeking to lease approximately 800 contiguous rentable square feet of office and related space in Jackson, Wyoming.  The rentable space must yield a minimum of 600 contiguous ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square Feet (OASF) and a maximum of 800 contiguous ANSI/BOMA OASF.  The lease term requirement is 10 years, 5 years firm.  The space must be available for occupancy within 6 months.  The delineated area is within 13 miles of the Jackson Hole Airport.

North:  Moose Wilson Road (Highway 89)
South:  High School Road
East:  Elk Refuge Road
West:  Spring Gulch Road
