(iii) This solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-93 effective 16 December 2016.

(iv) This procurement is being issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is: 336611 Ship Building and Repairing. MARAD intends to award a single Firm fixed-price Purchase Order (PO).

(v) Instruction for Submittal of Quotation:
a. Submit the items in the instruction below per FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items.
b. Submit your reps and certs as shown in the instruction below per FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items (JAN 2017). If you do not use the on-line certification you may do your reps and certs on the addendum to the RFQ that provides the full text clause. If you use the addendum then scan and submit your reps and certs with your quotation.

(vi) Description of Requirements
The requirement is for performing the CFW Pumps Replacement on the Training Ship GOLDEN BEAR IAW the attached Statement of Work.
