This announcement constitutes a second DRAFT version of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Try-Decide-Buy (TDB). Based on comments received on the first DRAFT, (see attached comment matrix) we have made changes to the DRAFT RFP documents.The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), Human Systems Division (AFLCMC/WNU) is seeking any additional industry questions and feedback regarding the revised, attached TDB Multi-Award IDIQ DRAFT RFP documents. This DRAFT RFP will be used to further refine the attached DRAFT RFP documents prior to any release of an RFP. The TDB IDIQ DRAFT documents attached include a DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW) and DRAFT Sections L & M, a Comment Matrix from the original DRAFT, as well as a Comment Resolution Matrix for comment submission regarding the second DRAFT.  

 

This is not a request for quote, request for proposal, or an invitation to bid, nor is this to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. AFLCMC/WNU is not seeking proposals at this time, and will not accept unsolicited proposals. The Government will not reimburse or pay for any information submitted in response to this DRAFT RFP.

Industry is encouraged to review the attached DRAFT RFP documents and submit any questions or feedback, using the attached Comment Resolution Matrix, to the POCs listed in this FBO posting, by the time stated.
