Notice to Bidders Invitation for Bid IFB 24-07 Truxtun Park Pickleball Court Lighting System Courts #5 through #10 The Central Purchasing Office of the City of Annapolis is accepting sealed bids for construction phase services to furnish and install a Class I lighting system for the Truxtun Park Pickleball Courts #5 through #10 until 2:00 p.m. local time on Friday, November 10, 2023. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to providing and installing an electrical enclosure, lighting control circuits, underground lateral feeders, light pole foundations with the primary playing area and installation of the light system. Preparation of the proposed project site will require installation of temporary stormwater protection structures and tree protection systems within the limits of construction. A temporary protective system will also be required to be placed over the primary playing area prior to any work is conducted within the confines of the courts Disadvantaged Business Enterprises, Emerging Small Businesses. Minority Business Enterprises and Veteran Owned Businesses are encouraged to participate in this solicitation. A non-mandatory pre bid meeting will be held 10:00 on site on October 19, 2023 at the proposed project located at Truxtun Park, 1299 Primrose Lane, Annapolis, Maryland 24041.
