This project Consists, in general, of operational improvements to Truxtun Avenue, A City of Bakersfield owned and maintained street which crosses under State Route 99 (SR-99). Interested bidders must log in and download complete bid specifications available under the “Documents/Attachments” tab. A hard copy of plans and specifications may be purchased at the office of the Purchasing Division located on the second floor of City Hall, 1600 Truxtun Avenue, Bakersfield, CA 93301 at the price of Eighty Dollars ($80) for each complete set. This is a non-refundable purchase and must be paid by all Contractors, even if they are on the Final Bidders List.
