The approved sources are: Boeing Helicopters (8V613), D-Velco Manufacturing (12883), and Essner Manufacturing (2B834). All other manufacturers must submit a SAR package for approval, a process that could take 180 days. Contractor First Article and Government Fit Verification Tests are required. CDRL and SNRR requirements apply. FOB point is Destination, Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. This solicitation will acquire the supplies cited herein on an Other than full and open competition basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), available from only one or a limited number of sources.
