This procurement will be issued as Unrestricted utilizing Other than Full and Open Competition 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) and FAR 6.302-1 procedures.

This is a single National Stock Number (NSN) Request For Proposal which will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus four-one year option years.  The part being procured is Truss Support under part 7-311651027 for NSN 1560-01-266-4759, for an Estimated Annual Quantity of 72 each.   The required delivery schedule with is 455 days with Contractor First Article Testing. The approved sources of supply are Heligear Acquisitions Co CAGE: 12883 and Boeing Company CAGE: 8V613.  Configuration Control Applies.  FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance is Origin.  DLA AVIATION RICHMOND does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN.
