This document constitutes a request for quote for the purchase of a True NO2-NOx-NO analyzer for the use at the Photochemical Assessment Monitoring Stations (PAMS) NCore site in St. Louis, Missouri for the Department of Natural Resources (referred to hereinafter as the Department), Katy Trail- Confluence State Park in accordance with the requirements and provisions stated herein.
