The General Services Administration (GSA) is issuing a SOLICITATION NOTICE for a Request for Quote (RFQ) firm fixed price construction contract for design and installation of warehouse roll up doors.

See attached Statement of Work and attachments for details. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Small Businesses under NAICS 238290 (Size Standard $15 Million). The magnitude of construction is estimated to be between $100,000 and $250,000.

All work under this contract will be performed at the Troutdale Warehouse located at 202 NW Graham Road, Troutdale, Oregon 97060. A Site Visit is scheduled for July 10, 2018 at 9:00 AM Pacific Time. Offerors are encouraged to attend the Site Visit. Please send your firm's notice to attend the Site Visit to both [email protected] AND [email protected] at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled Site Visit.

Note: In accordance with GSAM 528.1, the GSA no longer requires a bid guarantee, performance bonds, or payment bonds for 8(a) construction contracts under $150,000.

The date for issuing the solicitation is June 29, 2018 and receipt of proposals is July 27, 2018 at 3:00 PM Pacific Time and completing contract performance 150 days after notice to proceed. The technical exhibits will be available for inspection without charge thru the Federal Business Opportunity (FedBizOpps) at www.fbo.gov. No paper copies of this solicitation are available. It is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to all documents. Interested parties must be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to receive a Government contract award. Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) must also be current to qualify to receive an award.
