The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (COPA), Department of General Services (DGS) is issuing this RFP for Bulk and Bagged Trout Feed and Bagged, Medicated Trout Feed for use by the PA Fish and Boat Commission (PFBC). The trout feed is for use at the twelve (12) state fish hatcheries located across the Commonwealth. The twelve (12) state fish hatcheries are divided into 6 regions of Pennsylvania. Each Region is identified as a separate Lot in this RFP.
