This is a sources sought announcement only. All responses will be used for market analysis in determining the availability of potentially small businesses that may be used to determine appropriate acquisition strategy. No solicitation is being issued at this time. The 413th Contracting Support Brigade at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii is seeking commercial sources to provide one (1) tropicalized organ walnut console, Brand name or equal to Allen Organ Model G-210, to include the following: lighted music rack, shipping, delivery and installation, connection to existing organ speakers, removal and fumigation of existing speakers, repair speakers (if needed), and reinstallation of speakers, removal of old organ console, coaching session with chapel organist(s), ten year factory parts warranty, and three year extended dealer service warranty.
Delivery, installation, and services will be accomplished at the Fort DeRussy Army Chapel 2055 Kalia Road, Honolulu, HI 96815 Services shall include disassembly and reassembly of standard office furniture; excluding modular furniture.
It is anticipated that the contract delivery date will be thirty (30) days after the release of the award. This time period may be extended based upon industry standard and other factors.
The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code proposed for the requirement is 339992, Musical Instruments. The size standard for NAICS 339992 is 1,000 employees. The government is interested in all small businesses including Small Business, 8(a), Historically Underutilized Business Zone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, and Woman Owned Small Businesses that are interested in performing this requirement. The government requests interested parties submit a response which includes a brief description of their company's business size (i.e. annual revenues and employee size), business status (i.e., Small Business, SDB, 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOB, etc), anticipated teaming arrangements (i.e. prime contractor/subcontractor, joint venture, mentor protégé relationship, etc.), and a description of same/similar products offered to the Government and to commercial customers.
The Government will use this information in determining its small business set-aside decision. Interested firms are requested to reply with your capability NLT 21 February 2019.
This Sources Sought Notice is issued for the purpose of market research in accordance with FAR Part 10. The required components, services, warranty, and minimum salient characteristics are provided in the item description.

All potential vendor's are reminded that in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.204-7, System for Award Management (SAM), lack of registration in the SAM will make an offeror ineligible for contract award.
