COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION NUMBER
HSCG40-16-Q-11009 - TRIVEC-AVANT ATENNAS

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement will be satisfied using FAR Part 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items.

This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ). Solicitation Number HSCG40-16-Q-11009 is assigned to this procurement for tracking purposes only.

The incorporated clauses and provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-89.

All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 334220 with a small business size standard of 1,250. This combined synopsis/solicitation is being issued as unrestricted.

A list of the contract line item numbers to be acquired can be found under Attachment 1, Contractor Pricing and CLIN List. Insert unit prices for all CLINs listed in the Schedule.

DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUIREMENT
The USCG SFLC has a requirement on a Brand Name basis to procure various antennas manufactured by Trivec-Avant (COBHAM) for USCG Cutters: WPC-154, WMEC-282, WTGB-140, NSC- 402 (WMSL-750).

All items listed in this solicitation must be NEW OEM parts only. To assure proper Form, Fit and Function and be compatible and interchangeable with existing parts, only Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts shall be used; No substitutions allowed. Items submitted under this solicitation which are other than OEM parts will be rejected as unacceptable.
