The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to issue an RFQ on a limited competition basis to the brand name TrivecAvant, Huntington Beach, CA and it’s known authorized distributors/resellers (McDowell Research, Newark, NY & Blackheart International, LLC, Philippi, WV) for the procurement of: P/N AV 2086-1, Antenna, QTY 6 P/N AV 2055-3, Antenna, QTY 11 P/N AV 2012-6, Antenna, QTY 11 P/N AV 452-7, Antenna, QTY 6 The Government intends to procure the above items and services under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c) (1), FAR 6.302-1. The Government does not own current data, drawings, or other specifications to permit full and open competition. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
