The Library of Congress intends to award a soole source Firm-Fixed Price Contract to IBM, 800 N. Frederick Avenue, Gaithersburg, MD 20879 for the TRIRIGA Services which is used on the Integrate Support Services (ISS) opterating an enterprise system called Facilities and Asset Management Enterprise (FAME)  IBM controls copyright patents and other exclusive licensing arrangement.  The Library acquired, licenses to use application and also acquired support and maintenance services.

FAR Part 6.302-1 This is not a request for competiitive proposals.  All interested sources must response in writing with clear and convincing evveidence to support their ability to provide a timely and effective services with 10 days of this publication.  A determination by the Government not to compete this action based on responses  is solely within the discretion of the Government.
