The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an full and open competition basis the following:Manufacturer's Gibraltar Tripods P/N 4-63020-8a quantity of 10 Ea, and Hercules Tripod w/elevator P/N 4-53031-7BQ quantity of 4 Ea. Any firms believing that they can provide the thermal batteries may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the materials without causing programmatic hardship.
