This is a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation number is W81K0218Q0177. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-99. Provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, and its addendum applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the provision. See Att1.

Evaluation Shall be conducted in accordance with the procedures of section -- Commercial Item Evaluation Factors for Award. See Att1.

Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with its offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, and its addendum applies to this acquisition. See Att1.

The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Priced contract for a base period of 01 Oct 2018 through September 30, 2019 with one (1) one-year options to the successful quoter.
