THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN FAR SUBPART 12.6, AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED.
This synopsis/solicitation NM-AN8200-21-01545 constitutes a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-07.
The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Marine and Aviation Operations (OMAO) and OMAO Uncrewed Aircraft System Division (UASD), Oxford Laboratory, Oxford, MD, has a requirement for a new fixed-wing Uncrewed Aircraft System (UAS) with visible and multispectral sensing and vertical take-off and landing capabilities.
The delivery date is October 31, 2021. Shipping shall be FOB Destination to NOAA/OMAO/UASD, 3450 Flightline Dr. Lakeland, FL 33811, Attn: Casey Marwine.
Contract Type/Evaluation
The Government will award a firm fixed price contract based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LBTA). Quote shall include all costs associated with the CLIN unless otherwise indicated on the vendor’s quote.
This RFQ is 100% set aside for small businesses. The associated NAICS code is 336411, Aircraft Manufacturing, with a Size Standard of 1,500 employees.

Contractors who do not respond to items 1 through 4 may be considered non-compliant with the requirements of the solicitation and no further consideration shall be given for award.
