Contractor shall also be responsible for providing the following:

• Lift the Stop Work for Modification Kit Engineering for air vehicles VB1 -VB31.

• Provide updated installation drawing 393V12055 ( INS/GPS Navigator Mod Kit), provide updated installation and parts list for 393K12720 (Avionics Bay Equipment Installation), updated installation drawing and/ parts list for 393G33300 (FFG MISC EQUIP INSTL) and 393G33011(NAVIGATOR/GPS INSTL, FFG) and drawing /Parts List for TE393V32100 (Installation Kit, NAVSSI MOD, Ground Control Station).

• Provide updated ILS Documentation for new navigator part number.

The proposed contract action is for services and hardware for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. FAR 6.302-1 (a)(2)(iii)(A), states services may be deemed to be available only from one responsible source when it is likely that award to any other source would result in substantial duplication of cost to the Government that is not expected to be recovered through competition.

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. A determination not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government.
