The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) intends to negotiate on other than full and open competition the purchase of a Maintenance Services on TRIBUTE-UVIR Peptide Synthesizer Serial# 7766, from Protein Technologies, 4675 South Coach Drive, Tucson, AZ 85714. Protein Technologies Inc is the original manufacturer for this equipment and they are the only ones who the technical expertise to work on this equipment. Period of performance is for one year with four 1 year option periods. This is not a request for proposal. All responsible sources who have the expertise and certification to provide maintenance services on the above equipment may submit a response that will be considered. The Government reserves the right to make a decision whether this requirement is available for competition.
