The Air Force Test Center, Contracting-Eglin, Holloman Operating Location (AFTC/PZZC-Holloman) hereby give notice of intent to award a sole source Firm Fixed price contract as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR 13.106(b)(1)(i), soliciting from a single source to satisfy agency requirements.

AFTC/PZZC-Holloman intends to award a single source contract for Triax and Linear Accelerometer. The intended awardee is TE Measurement Specialist., 1000 Lucas Way, Hampton, VA 23666-1573.

The proposed acquisition will include the following:

• CLIN 0001: Triax Acelerometer small, compact triaxial device designed for vehicle impact and road testing compliant with SAE-J211 specifications for anthropomorphic dummy instrumentation (0.5 in x 0.5 in x 0.4 in). Part Number 68C-500M1. (Qty 3)

o Epoxy sealed and with cover installed for additional protection

The Government intends to make award by (9 Sep 2016). TE Measurement Specialist is the only known source that meets the Government's requirement due to their technical expertise and qualifications.

If a firm believes it is capable of meeting the Government's requirement, it may identify its interest and capability to the Contracting Officer within 6 days of this publication. Those interested firms must indicate whether they are a large, small, small-disadvantaged, 8(a) or woman owned business and whether they are U.S. or foreign owned.

This is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation will be provided for this requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.

An AFTC Ombudsman has been appointed to consider and facilitate the resolution of concerns from offerors, potential offerors, and others for this acquisition. Before consulting the Ombudsman concerned parties should first address their concerns, issues, disagreements, and/or recommendation to the Contracting Officer for resolution.
