The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency is conducting market research to determine the technical capability of small businesses to provide trial presentation services. These services are in support of an Enforcement and Compliance action by performing trial presentation consulting, processing of evidentiary files, courtroom setup and presentation.

If small businesses are interested, please submit your capability statement. Capability Statement should include:

1. Company Name, Address and Point of Contact including email address
2. Type of Company (i.e., small business, small disadvantaged, HUB-Zone, woman-owned small business, and service-disabled veteran-owned small business)
3. DUNS
4. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code classifications
5. Describe in detail three (3) current or past contracts within the past three (3) years that identify your ability to perform relevant work experience with similar projects. Please include the following information:
(a) Project Title;
(b) Description of the Project;
(c) Contract/Task Order Number;
(d) Contract/Task Order Amount;
(e) Government Agency/Organization;
(f) Contracting Officer Representative's (COR) name, address, phone number and email address;
(g) Current status, e.g. completed and/or in progress, start and estimated completion dates;
(h) State whether your company performed on the project as a prime, a partner or a sub-contractor;
(i) A brief narrative of why your firm believes this reference is relevant.

Responses will be submitted using Microsoft Office 2007/2010 or Adobe X PDF format and are due October 15, 2015 at 2:00 pm ET by email to [email protected]. The capability statement is limited to five pages excluding the cover page. The results of this sources sought notice will be used in helping determine an acquisition strategy.
