The 9TH Medical Group provides quality comprehensive medical care and customer service to over 10,000 DOD beneficiaries in the Beale AFB healthcare region. The Ambulance Services Department acts as a key entry point into the health system after hours and is a vital component of the total customer satisfaction objective. The contractor shall provide nurse triage telephone based clinical assessment and support services for 9th MDG TRICARE beneficiaries enrolled at the current primary care clinics at Beale Air Force Base 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. It is anticipated that approximately 200 to 250 triages per month will be required. This workload data is provided for informational purposes and may not reflect the actual volume of triages to be accomplished under the resultant contract. The Government does not warrant nor guarantee that this volume of triages will be realized by the Contractor during performance of the resultant contract.
