TRFO GYPSUM CABANAS 2018 THIS IS NOT A NOTICE OF SOLICITATION ISSUANCE. The Bureau of Land Management intends to issue an award to an 8(a) company named Medved Global Inc., 14415 Road 26, Dolores CO 81323. The project area is within the Tres Rios Field Office at the Gypsum Recreation Site along the Dolores River. Work required includes: 1. Retrofit existing cabana (shade structure) constructed under 2017 contract with a shade block along front side. Shade block to consist of a panel, material and color to match roof, to be connected to the two front posts at 1-foot below roof and extending down, provide 7-feet clearance off the ground. Provide horizontal support as necessary to provide structural integrity. Ensure all edges are smooth and safe to touch. Proposed material and construction to be approved by COR. 2. Provide and install five new cabanas at location and orientation as directed by COR, structures supplied and installed are to be identical to existing structure as installed under 2017 contract. NOTE: 2 of the new Cabanas will be erected next to each other to create a larger group shade structure, Contractor may propose a single structure in lieu of the two structures if appropriate. 3. Clean-up construction area by raking to provide grades consistent with surrounding area and to remove any nails or other construction debris. 4. Provide and maintain signage and or temporary fencing/barricades as needed at the project to alert the public to operations and closure of the immediate area during operations.NAICS code is 236220 with size standard of $36.5 Mil.
