Program Executive Office (PEO) Command, Control & Communications - Tactical (PEO C3T), Product Manager (PM) Tactical Radios (TR) requests to incorporate the TrellisWare® TSM^TM waveform, an item peculiar to one manufacturer, as a requirement on existing and future contracts in support of its portfolio of products. PM TR will accomplish the TSM^TM waveform capability primarily through existing and future TR contracts with manufacturers who will subcontract with the TSMTM waveform provider to comply with the requirement to include the TSMTM waveform on current and future radio systems and provide the Government with software licenses for use. Existing TR systems are procured through Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) delivery orders issued under multiple award (MA) Indefinite Delivery - Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for Non-Developmental Items (NDI).
