4.1 SCOPE OF WORK: 4.1.1 The scope of work includes all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation and services necessary for, and incidental to performing all operations in connection with furnishing, delivery, and installation of trees (also known as "planting”) complete as shown on the drawings and as specified herein. 4.1.2 The scope of work in this section includes, but is not limited to, the following: 4.1.3 Install trees; approximately 600 trees per planting season 4.1.4 Water all planted trees; through the end of the planting season 4.1.5 Mulch, fertilize, stake, and prune (if necessary) all trees. 4.1.6 Maintain all planted trees during the planting season. 4.1.7 Tree warranty. 4.1.8 Clean up and disposal of all excess and surplus material. 4.1.9 Maintenance of all planted trees during the maintenance period. 4.1.10 Contractor will be responsible for the tree maintenance and care upon tree delivery to Pasadena City Yards, 233 W. Mountain Ave through the end of the planting season.
