Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials (except for government-furnished property identified in section 140 in SOW), supervision, transportation, equipment, supplies, and perform all work necessary for tree cage construction and placement accordance with the specifications, provisions, and clauses of this solicitation and any resultant contract. This work is necessary to prevent deer browsing and ensure proper regeneration of preferred trees.
