2. PROJECT SCOPE: DGMC doctors would harvest human cartliage cells from the patient. The company would then take possession of the cells and store them. If and when directed to do so, the company would then grow the cells. The grown cells would then be delivered back to DGMC by the company, where DGMC surgeons would implant the grown cells back in the patient.
3. CONDITIONS:
a. The Company shall be FDA approved to perform this type of work.
b. A Company Representative must be available to take possession of harvested cells and to deliver grown cells to DGMC.
c. Company must be able to store harvested cells

This is not a request for proposals and in no way obligates the Government to award any contract. Responses must be received in writing no later than 1:00 PM Pacific Standard Time 22 August 14. Firms responding to this announcement which fail to provide all of the required information cannot be used to help the Government make the acquisition decisions which is the intent of this sources sought.
