U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) anticipates contracting on a sole source basis with L-3 Communications Corporation, 1355 Bluegrass Lakes Pkwy, Alpharetta, GA 30004, for travel within the Continental United States (CONUS) in support of Vertical Instrument Display Unit service life extension upgrades. The intended award will result in a Cost-reimbursement Purchase Order consisting of a one (1) year period of performance.

The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302.1. Firms that recognize and can provide the services are encouraged to identify themselves. This notice of intent is not a request for a competitive proposal; however, the Government will consider all proposals received by the specified due date IAW FAR 5.203 (a).
