National Institutes of Health is seeking to obtain information regarding: (1) the availability and capability of qualified small business sources; (2) whether they are small businesses; HUBZone small businesses; service-disabled, veteran-owned small businesses; 8(a) small businesses; veteran-owned small businesses; woman-owned small businesses; or small disadvantaged businesses; and (3) their size classification relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 541611 with a size standard of 500 employees for the proposed acquisition to provide service and support for The management of Foreign Scientific Collaborators and visitors required to support the LMIV mission. These services include coordinating travel arrangements, air travel ground transportation, lodging expenses, per diem, costs for the attendance of approved scientific meetings, programmatic meetings, training sessions and any applicable costs associated with these services the period of performance shall be for (1) Base Year of 12 months and two (2) 12-month option years. Any potential offers should respond with their capability statement by December 2, 2014.
Capability statements must reference work that has been performed by the offeror and the dollar value of that work. Potential offers must indicate business size in their capability statement.
