This acquisition will provide for Full and Open Competition. The resulting supply contract will be in direct support of a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case as directed by the United States of America Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOAs). The required commercial vehicles and trailers will be procured from in-Kingdom sources and delivered Free on Board (FOB) Destination to RSAF Depot Supply at King Abdulaziz Air Base (KAAB), Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.

The resulting supply contract will be a requirements-type contract with a three-year (3-year) ordering period.

A DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW) is being posted in accordance with FAR 15.201 for the purpose of promoting early exchanges of information with industry and improving the understanding of the Government's requirement (i.e. the multiple NSNs, best estimated quantities, anticipated delivery schedules, etc.). Comments and/or questions regarding the draft SOW are encouraged and will be accepted until 5-June-2017, 12:00pm Eastern Standard Time. All questions regarding the draft SOW will be accepted in writing only and shall be submitted to [email protected] with a courtesy copy to [email protected].  

Government responses to questions submitted before the above stated deadline will be uploaded to www.fbo.gov. However, the identity of the potential offeror will not be included. Offerors are encouraged to register to receive notifications for the solicitation and all amendments/revisions.

THE SOLICITATION PERTAINING TO THIS NOTICE WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE APPROXIMATELY 15-30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF THIS NOTICE. The RFP will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities webpage (http://www.fbo.gov). NO HARD COPIES WILL BE PROVIDED.
