1. This Sources Sought/Market Survey is seeking all interested businesses for competitive consideration. The 501st Combat Support Wing Regional Contracting Office, located at RAF Alconbury, United Kingdom, is seeking capability packages to determine the size and types of businesses available for a potential firm-fixed-priced IDIQ with EPA contract. This requirement provides all labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, materials, transportation and all other item's necessary to perform Transportation, Supply, Drayage (CFMO/FMO), Appliance Maintenance and Fuels Services at several different locations throughout the United Kingdom as defined in the attached Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 488999 with a small business side standard of $6.5 million.

2. This is not a request to be placed on a solicitation mailing list nor is it a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a solicitation announcement.
