This is a NOTICE OF INTENT for the Department of the Interior to award a sole source contract to The National Academy of Sciences for an annual membership to the Transportation Research Board (TRB). This order will be placed under the provisions of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i); Contracting Officer's may solicit from one source if the Contracting Officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available.
