The County of Mercer is seeking bids for vendors to provide repair services to remove, replace, rebuild and re-install the transmissions for various vehicles for the County of Mercer. This contract shall be for a period of one (1) year with an option to extend one (1) year. The option to extend will be contingent on the satisfactory performance from the awarded vendor(s) during the life of the contact. This contract will be awarded to multiple vendors deemed responsive and responsible of whom will offer lowest grand total for each original equipment manufacturer. Original Equipment Manufactured will hereinafter be referred to as OEM. If a vendor provides prices for a specific model under an OEM , the vendor must provide prices for all models under that OEM to be considered for award.
