The City of Pasco (City), Washington, Department of Public Works – Capital Improvements Program (CIP) Engineering Division is soliciting a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified Firms registered in the State of Washington to provide professional engineering services for performing complete design of a potable water transmission main required as part of the planned distribution system upgrades in the growing northwest area of the City.
