The Defense Nuclear Facilities Safety Board (DNFSB) intends to award a five year sole source contract to the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) for the procurement of transit subsidy (i.e., SmartBenefits, Anytime Benefits, and Smartrip Cards) for transit under WMATA's system (i.e., Metrorail/Metrobus) in accordance with  the Transportation Fringe Benefit Program.  WMATA is the sole provider of fare media under its systems.  This is not a request of offers from other sources.
